We are seeking a skilled Gastroenterology Hospitalist to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our multi-specialty provider group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting, with a focus on gastroenterology procedures and examinations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Communicate complex medical information to patients and their families in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements.
- Adhere to laws and regulations related to internal medicine, including HIPAA.
- Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
- Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology Residency program.
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of New Mexico.
