Insurance Sales Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at P. R. Financial. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice and guidance on life insurance, health insurance, and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage electronic and paper records, ensuring all contracting paperwork is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and promoting our insurance products through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relationships, including booking appointments, responding to inquiries, and addressing insurance eligibility and claim submissions.
  • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process, supervising the progress of current claims.
Requirements:
  • Customer service or sales experience is highly valued.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is desired.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries is preferred.
  • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus.
Compensation:

$85,000 - $150,000
