We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a state-of-the-art, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. You will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients based on their unique needs and conditions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct timely and accurate documentation of patient care and medical necessity
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
