Level Ahead ABA is seeking a skilled BCBA Assessment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and clinically sound initial assessments for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct parent interviews and indirect and direct assessments with clients at the start of the authorization process.
- Compile data and create comprehensive evaluations to submit to funding sources for approval.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including function-based behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
- Determine clinical recommendations based on core deficits of autism, funding source requirements, and client's predicted response to treatment.
- Utilize Central Reach to complete comprehensive treatment plans and behavior plans for incoming supervising BCBAs.
- Maintain a small ongoing caseload through client supervision and coordinate treatment with other members of the client's team.
- Current BCBA certification and GA state licensure.
- Demonstrated skill and experience implementing ABA therapy with individuals with autism.
- Familiarity with various clinical assessments, such as the Vineland, PDDBI, VB-Mapp, ABBLS, AFFL's, Essentials for Living, Socially Savvy, etc.
- Strong clinical skills, ability to assess and pair with clients of all ages and abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to establish supportive and communicative relationships with clients and caregivers.
- Ability to multitask with a strong adherence to deadlines.
