Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Courier/DOT-2 to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Deliver and pick up packages, ensuring timely and accurate service
  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization
  • Meet or exceed FedEx's safety and performance standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and maneuver packages of any weight with assistance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license for the previous three-year period

  • Full-time schedule: Monday - Saturday, with a day off to be determined
