We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Specialist to provide service and security functions for Lands' End properties on a 24-hour basis. As a Control Clerk, you will be responsible for providing service and security functions at the Dodgeville complex, responding to medical and fire emergency situations in an urgent manner.

• Work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating or call-in basis, as well as overtime when necessary.
• Develop and maintain excellent human relations skills, handling confidential subject matter with discretion.
• Prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Log incidents in a timely manner, relay information to the dispatcher, and monitor the Fire & Alarm system's physical status.
• Follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision, adhere to work schedules, and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Take an active role in company safety programs, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, telephone technique, and ability to effectively interact externally and internally.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete first aid training.
• Experience with PC programs, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a strong computer background.
