Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Field Service Engineer to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers in the Biotechnology/Medical Devices industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Imaging Equipment (MR & CT) at customer sites with minimal supervision.
  • Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain expertise and provide innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum Technical Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 5-8 years of field service experience is needed
  • Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment
  • Strong electronics and computer background needed
  • Previous experience with Imaging equipment (MR & CT)
  • Willingness to work different shifts as business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
  • Ability to work both individually and in an established team setting
  • Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography; willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification
