Large Format Delivery Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Large Format Delivery Driver to join our team at Bimbo Bakeries USA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering product to large volume customers utilizing a Box Truck.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and unload product to customers' stockrooms
  • Pick up return product and empty trays; transport and unload back at Sales Center
  • Ensure that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction and communicate any customer concerns/issues to BBU manager
  • Represent BBU as a leader in the baking business

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of tractor-trailer driving experience, DSD experience is a plus
  • Must be computer literate, Hand-Held Computer (HHC) preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs overhead
  • Must be able to push/pull a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stack product according to sales center stacking procedures
  • Ability to work early mornings and holidays
  • Ability to work a M, T, Th, F, and Sat weekly schedule
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
