  • Ensure compliance with state or federal regulations and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare foods according to menu compliance and special diet requirements, reporting any dietary non-compliance or concerns to the dietician, supervisor, or manager.
  • Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • ServSafe Certification or similar food safety certification, where required by the state and facility.
