Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Project Manager to lead the installation and deployment of DAS, Small Cell, and BTS systems. This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in structured cabling and installation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, including cost, time, and quality control. Experience with vendor and sub-contractor management, scheduling, and estimating is also required.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is necessary, along with OSHA10 certification and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Project, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and report on DAS, Small Cell, and BTS deployments, swap outs, and retrofits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Schedule and estimate projects, including pre-sales support and post-sales activities.
  • Develop reports, manage customer expectations, and create brand loyalty.
  • Mentor and train team members in project and installation best practices.
  • Ensure job safety and develop safety plans, including JHA's and incident reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Direct project management experience deploying wireless systems.
  • Anritsu Line Sweep Experience/Certification.
  • PIM – Passive Intermodulation Testing and Troubleshooting.
  • Fiber – Corning Certification preferred.
  • Coax Cable Connections – Ability to train and mentor others.
  • Electrical Knowledge – Basic knowledge of electrical code and Low Voltage/High Voltage power designs.
  • Codes and Standards – IFC, NFPA, Public Safety, Grounding, BICSI Cable.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background screening.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
