At MAS Medical Staffing, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Oncologist to join our team for a 12-week contract in the Burlington, MA area. This rewarding opportunity offers a unique chance to work with patients and healthcare professionals while traveling throughout the United States.
About the Job:
As a Nurse Oncologist with MAS Medical Staffing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. With a strong background in oncology nursing, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to individuals with cancer diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, treatment options, and self-care strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an oncology nurse
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
