Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Peak Management. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including The Park and Poet Place.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional maintenance services to our customers, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
