Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Recruit top talent and guide them through the onboarding process to set them up for success.
  • Scheduling Wizardry: Build and manage schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for candidates and employees, offering guidance and support.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
  • Problem Solver: Address concerns and connect employees with the right resources.
  • Relationship Builder: Foster strong connections with management and team members to create a positive workplace culture.
  • Compliance Champion: Keep accurate records and ensure all processes align with safety standards, labor laws, and company policies.
  • On-Site Support: Check in with employees on location to provide hands-on assistance and support.

To thrive in this role, you should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong sense of ethics and integrity, sharp attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, stellar time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a friendly, approachable personality with a team-player attitude.
