1. Sample Collection: Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques and equipment.
2. Specimen Processing: Process specimens according to age-related standards and departmental policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Patient Interaction: Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations and exceptional patient care.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification through a nationally recognized organization or training from a phlebotomy school or medical institution, or one year of phlebotomy experience in a healthcare setting.
