The role of a Construction Contract Specialist at CONSOR Engineers involves overseeing document control systems to ensure accuracy and precision in project data tracking and contract documents. This includes working closely with project office and field staff to manage the creation, assembly, and storage of critical documents such as conformed record drawings and contract change instruments.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble monthly progress payments and supporting information according to project procedure.
- Guide project staff in preparing documentation for final estimate submission throughout the construction project duration.
- Exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to office and document control aspects of the project.
- Maintain good communication with contract team members, including client partners, contractors, and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of construction plans and specifications, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
