Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a positive work environment by influencing others, holding people accountable, and collaborating.
  • Utilize established Client project management methodology/framework.
  • Collaborate with organizational change management to ensure the right communications are going out to the right people, at the right time.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers by regularly communicating, clarifying escalated inquiries, and jointly resolving issues to minimize risk, meet key project milestones, and ensure alignment to objectives.
About the Role

This role will be working with the program manager on the Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Revalidation (AR) work stream within a Global Cyber Security portfolio. The successful candidate will need to perform both project manager and business analyst duties.

This is a great opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, within a global team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the Privileged Access Management and Access Revalidation space and will be able to independently identify onboarding needs.

The successful candidate will work with the engineers, application owner, program manager, and other analysts to ensure a successful and quality implementation of PAM and AR for applications in the North America environment.

The role will involve managing to implementation timelines, milestones, and tracking and reporting on the status of these. The ideal candidate will have applied knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

The successful candidate will foster a partnered approach, building and maintaining strong productive working relationships with internal stakeholders aligning service delivery with business needs.

The ideal candidate will assess, document, and communicate the impact of changes to key stakeholders and the business. They will also be able to field questions from stakeholders of all levels regarding any outcomes of what we are implementing.

The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders, business, and IT post-implementation to resolve issues. They will facilitate meetings supporting all phases of assigned projects, using appropriate tools and technology according to meeting objectives and attendees.

The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reconciliation within reports and dashboards by reviewing, identifying, and resolving gaps and inconsistencies.

They will have a working knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.

The successful candidate will gather requirements, provide expertise and guidance, and execute plans to enhance business capability, achieve results, and support the global cyber security organization.

They will support coordination and communications to implement solutions to end-users by utilizing a disciplined and systematic approach to ensure thorough understanding of user requirements, user experience, and development and availability of relevant and accurate process documentation.

The ideal candidate will identify and eliminate risks to complex change implementation by planning user acceptance testing, clarifying, and ensuring developers understand requirements, coordinating users, executing tests, monitoring test completion, escalating defects/issues, and soliciting feedback to support accurate testing and alignment with desired outcomes.

They will partner with the program team to implement plans, work closely with stakeholders and system teams to identify requirements, analyze gaps between current and future state, and recommend solutions.

The successful candidate will assess and document requirements, review needs, analyze findings, escalate questions, and clarify issues to create and communicate needs to the development team.
