Your Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and verbal instructions to detail the sequential steps for standard machining operations and prototype assembly setups for various machine components.
- Set up and operate multiple machine tools, including CNC machines, mills, grinders, and hand tools for component machining.
- Utilize all machine shop measuring and gauging tools to align and machine metal or plastic parts to specified tolerances.
- May provide training and technical guidance to fellow machinists.
- Maintain and operate machinery according to the established maintenance schedule.
- Ensure tools and workspaces are kept safe, clean, and organized.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives and collaborate on root cause corrective actions related to machine operations.
- Adhere to all prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and follow established health and safety protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
- Education or knowledge equivalent to high school or technical school, complemented by two years of apprenticeship training and 3 to 7 years of diverse machining experience.
- Proficient in using handbook formulas and advanced shop mathematics.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for this position is between $24.00 and $30.00 per hour. Compensation decisions will be based on various factors, including internal equity, job location, work experience, education, and training.
