We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, who can plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care services and health education to nursing home guests. This role involves supervising CNAs/STNAs and other team members, providing safe medication-related interventions, assessing guest health, and notifying physicians of changes in status.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, current LPN licensure in the state, CPR certification, or acceptable exemption required. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, 401K with matching funds, paid time off, and paid holidays.
