Exercise Physiologist

Job Summary

The exercise physiologist will oversee the development and implementation of exercise programs at Good Shepherd's fitness center. This position requires direct client contact, program development, marketing, and educational services. The successful candidate will provide supervision of all fitness program staff and ensure the safe and proper use of exercise equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement exercise programs to achieve client goals
Provide supervision of all fitness program staff
Ensure the safe and proper use of exercise equipment
Develop and implement marketing and educational services

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in exercise physiology, physical education, or exercise science
1-2 years of experience in stress testing, exercise prescription, research, and human performance testing
Previous experience in cardiac rehabilitation preferred
