EHS Specialist

Apex Innovations is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to join our team. As an EHS Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the areas of environmental, occupational, and health protection. Your duties will include monitoring and supporting compliance, coordinating and providing technical support for the implementation of EHS requirements and guidelines, advising responsible managers and employees on occupational, health, and environmental protection issues, participating in site-specific and cross-site EHS projects, and assisting with training and instruction in the areas of occupational safety, environment, and health. To be successful in this role, you will need a technical qualification as an engineer, technician, master craftsman or equivalent, qualification as a specialist for occupational safety, professional experience in the areas of occupational, environmental, and health protection, and the necessary sensitivity to enforce all EHS standards at all levels.
