Your Impact:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a secure home atmosphere.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Meet the physical and sensory requirements of the role and adapt to the work environment.
  • Engage in initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational workflows.
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks (ADLs) such as grooming, bathing, feeding, and dressing, as per the care plan.
  • Support homemaking services, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Run errands and provide companionship to clients.
  • Document services rendered accurately and observe any changes in client conditions.
  • Encourage clients' autonomy in decision-making while ensuring their safety.
  • Attend required training sessions and participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Customer service-focused with the capacity to perform under pressure.
