Executive Chef Leader

At Harrison Senior Living Corporate, we are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated and skilled chef who can drive revenue, maximize productivity, and motivate a team.

This role is responsible for running the kitchen, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced food environment and possess strong leadership skills.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee kitchen activities, including food production, stock management, and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as sanitation and food safety standards.
• Develop and implement menu creation, including planning and directing kitchen activities.
• Supervise staff to maintain quality and hygiene levels, ensuring great presentation and quality of ingredients.
• Monitor stock levels and notify the Director of any shortages.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or Culinary Degree
• ServSafe certification preferred
• 3-5 years of cooking experience preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced food environment required
• A positive attitude and strong leadership skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $$$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we also offer:
