Position Overview:
The Licensed Nurse Aide plays a crucial role in providing both direct and indirect care to patients and residents under the supervision of Registered Nurses. This position is essential in ensuring that individuals receive the support they need for their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and more.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patients' and residents' conditions, as well as any concerns or complaints from patients and their families, to the charge nurse or supervisor.
  • Engage in the care planning process to enhance patient outcomes.
