Janitorial Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team at Diversified Maintenance-RWS, LLC. As a General Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees.

• Clean and maintain all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and other objects
• Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and store entrance areas
• Empty trash cans for proper disposal and use of compactor for certain materials
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet extractions and shampooing
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies
• Follow housekeeping schedule
• Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to successfully pass a drug test in some situations required
• Some prior cleaning experience is a plus

This is a part-time/full-time position, Monday-Friday, with a competitive hourly rate of $12.00.
