Medical Screener

Job Summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Medical Screener to join our team at our plasma collection center. As a Medical Screener, you will be responsible for greeting donors, conducting registration procedures, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors.

Responsibilities

• Assess donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process
• Conduct health screening procedures, including blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature
• Perform finger stick to obtain donor's hematocrit and total protein levels
• Ensure accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment
• Follow all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations
