We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team as a float pharmacist in our ambulatory pharmacies. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications to our patients.
Responsibilities- Assume personal responsibility for professional development, particularly in the area of ongoing clinical education.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of computer operations, all third-party plans, and ensure pharmacy support staff is knowledgeable in the same areas.
- Effectively manage day-to-day operations, handle initial conflict management, provide operational feedback and opportunities, implement corporate and departmental directives, and manage expenses within budget.
- Oversee and assist in the development of a service-oriented staff through managing effective workflow and actively participating in the training of new employees.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Pharmacist State license or eligible for licensure in state
- 1-2 years experience in a related field
