Deckers Brands is seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser to join our team in the US Wholesale channel. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in driving Men's growth and supporting the business by influencing, executing, and communicating the Merchandising vision across Men's Footwear.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Merchandising Manager in delivering key milestone meetings and strategies, including Brand Conference and Go-To-Market meetings.
- Develop a consumer-led assortment aligned to strategic brand and commercial priorities, while meeting or exceeding regional and category financial targets.
- Guide a segmented and differentiated assortment strategy that delivers a brand-right experience to the Wholesale consumer.
- Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams, including Consumer Insights, Demand and Supply Planning, DTC Merchandising, Product Creation, and Sales.
- Be the go-to expert for all UGG Men's Footwear product and assortment-related queries for US Wholesale.
- 4-6 years of Merchandising or Buying experience.
- Wholesale experience preferred.
- Men's Footwear experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong product and business acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications.

$90,000 - $100,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
