Carpenter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Arrow Exterminators. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our customers, including general carpentry work, such as gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, painting, soffit, and facia repair, moisture barriers, and vent installation.

• Perform general carpentry work, including installation and repair of exterior and interior components
• Work independently to schedule services and gather necessary tools and materials
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining the process of services and answering questions
• Polish off projects by cleaning up work areas and collecting payments

• Demonstrated skill in most construction categories, including soffits, facia, siding, interior/exterior trim, framing, sheetrock, decks, porches, doors, windows, and gutters
• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Able to pass internal technical exams
• Possess a current Driver's License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work a 40-hour minimum workweek
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
