**Compensation Package**

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, dependent on your experience and qualifications.

**Job Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Welcoming customers with a friendly and courteous attitude
  2. Actively listening to their concerns and addressing them promptly
  3. Inspecting vehicles, consulting service history, and recommending services tailored to their needs
  4. Promoting our products and services to meet clients' expectations
  5. Delivering accurate quotes and timely updates to keep customers informed
  6. Cashiering customers' tickets efficiently and following up on repairs to ensure satisfaction
  7. Monitoring returns, cores, and warranty parts for individual customers to maintain accuracy and efficiency

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role, although not mandatory
  • A professional appearance and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid driver's license, or obtain one within 30 days of joining our team
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of five days, Monday through Friday
