In scenarios where the attending physician is unavailable, the Nurse Practitioner is tasked with conducting initial assessments of newborns and determining any health issues or irregularities. This role also involves attending to high-acuity deliveries and ensuring the stabilization of neonates during critical moments.

Location: Rochester Regional Health
Department: Nursery
Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Time Commitment (3 Twelve-Hour Shifts) – Includes days, evenings, and nights
  • Exemplary documentation, collaborative teamwork, and educational capabilities
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in neonatal care is essential

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Attractive salary package
