**Essential Job Functions:**

Bathing/grooming/dressing/toileting
Personal hygiene improvement & maintenance
Transferring/ambulation assistance.
Medication reminders.
Maintains a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment.

Housekeeping & Laundry.

Supports completion of activities of daily living.
