Job Title: Bookkeeper

Festival Foods is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Job Summary

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing all aspects of bookkeeping operations, including labor, expenses, and guest service. This includes ensuring all department standards are met, communicating with Store Director and other department managers, and providing excellent service to guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping operations, including labor, expenses, and guest service
  • Ensure all department standards are met
  • Communicate with Store Director and other department managers
  • Provide excellent service to guests
  • Assist guests with finding items on the sales floor
  • Answer the telephone and assist guests using proper phone etiquette
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues
  • Assist department associates with daily responsibilities
  • Contribute to overall cleanliness of the department
Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and all personnel
  • Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle situations
