About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tower Industries. This exciting opportunity allows you to deliver exceptional customer experiences while working with a talented team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar and punctuation. You will also have a strong understanding of geography and be proficient in using online mapping websites to estimate mileage and time-in-transit.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide prompt and accurate service to promote an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support Sales staff as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Call customers to schedule templates, installations, and service work.
  • Create invoices in QuickBooks once job is complete.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years customer service related experience.
  • General knowledge of the Kitchen & Bath Industry.
  • General knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
  • A dedication to continuous improvement.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is $50,000. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
