Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated CDL driver to join our team as a Transportation Specialist. As a CDL driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients in shuttles or motor coaches throughout our market share. You will conduct pre-checks and post-checks of vehicles to ensure cleanliness and maintenance, and adhere to DOT regulations where applicable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and transport clients safely and efficiently
  • Adhere to the Four Golden Moments of client contact
  • Welcome and greet clients, discuss amenities, and thank them for choosing RMA Worldwide
  • Follow DOT regulations and maintain travel logs and fuel records
  • Conduct safety checks and inspections of vehicles
  • Assist passengers with loading and unloading
Requirements
  • Valid CDL driver's license with Passenger endorsement
  • Long-distance driving experience
  • Effective communication and cooperation with dispatch
  • Ability to plan routes and meet schedules
  • Attending routine compliance and customer service training
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds at times
