As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the OR, ensuring seamless patient care, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the OR team, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and staff satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 3 years of experience in an acute hospital within the OR suites.
