About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our team at our Madison, Wisconsin school. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a tailored educational experience for infants aged 0-12 months.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes exploration and discovery
  • Develop and implement personalized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child
  • Establish strong relationships with parents through regular communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience working with infants in a group setting
  • Familiarity with Montessori principles and methods
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
