Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bellmen/Valet to join our team at Mirabel Hotel and Restaurant Group. As a Bellmen/Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Greet and escort guests to their rooms, open doors, and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
• Transportation Services: Pick up and drop off guests at the airport and drive guests to various destinations in the company car.
• Vehicle Services: Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage, and valet guest vehicles.
• Room Services: Assist with room service and transport guest luggage to and from the hotel lobby.
• Information Services: Identify and explain room features to guests, supply guests with directions, and assist with luggage storage and retrieval.

Requirements:

• Personality and Skills: Outgoing personality, friendly demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
• Driving Requirements: Valid CA Driver's License, clean driving record (25 yrs old +).
• Previous Experience: Previous experience working in an upscale hotel environment.
