Rivet Drafter

We are seeking a skilled Rivet Drafter to contribute to an exciting project at PEMCCO's client site in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Revit software and a strong understanding of BIM standards.

• Create detailed drawings and models using Revit software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and refine design concepts.
• Implement BIM standards and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
• Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on drafting progress.
• Review and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback and changes in project specifications.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation to ensure efficient workflow and information retrieval.

• Expertise in Revit Structure, with proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD software.
• Intermediate ability using Dynamo for Revit conversions.
• Thorough understanding of the Revit platform, including model sharing and object family creation.
• Ability to implement BIM standards and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Basic knowledge of BIM interoperable software, enabling seamless collaboration and data exchange.
• Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities to meet project deadlines effectively.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to drawing aesthetics, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, facilitating clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certification or training in Revit software is highly desirable.
• Dynamo experience is required.
