About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Hepatology team at Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital. As a key member of our transplant team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our medical staff to formulate plans of care for patients with liver disease and transplant patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient and outpatient care for patients with liver disease and transplant patients
  • Work closely with the transplant team to develop and implement plans of care
  • Participate in on-call rotations as assigned
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

  • Acute care experience required
  • Liver disease or chronic disease management experience ideal, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
