Position Summary
As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive systems, while providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of technicians to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality products.


Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Lead a team of technicians to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and quality products.
  • Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous formal training.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Must have a minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessment.
  • A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8 is required.
  • Current Federal, State, and Local certification/license where applicable.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.
