Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Master Esthetician to join our team, providing advanced esthetic treatments with unparalleled client care and safety. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of skin rejuvenation techniques, and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends in esthetics.
Responsibilities- Administer advanced esthetic treatments for skin rejuvenation, including micro needling and hydro facials, ensuring a positive and healing experience for clients.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and drive revenue growth.
- Assist with various spa duties, including front desk, scheduling, and managing client records, to maintain a seamless operational environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Perform laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, leveraging expertise to deliver outstanding results.
- Maintain proficiency in the latest trends and techniques in esthetics, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
- Hold a valid and current Master Esthetician License.
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in performing medical spa esthetic services, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of skin care techniques typically provided in a med spa setting.
- Showcase exceptional facial massage and skin extraction techniques.
- Exhibit strong collaboration and teamwork skills, working seamlessly with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Be comfortable consulting patients regarding skin care needs, techniques, and treatment plans.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 pounds, adhering to safety protocols when handling equipment or patient samples.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of safety procedures involving exposure to blood and bodily fluids, utilizing proper PPE.
