Process Director

As a Process Director at Leeco Steel, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production facility. This includes directing and coordinating all activities associated with processing, driving efficient operations, and working with various departments to achieve cost reduction objectives.

• Collaborate with management to establish processing goals and objectives.
• Lead day-to-day processing operations, including coordinating with Sales and CAD departments.
• Work with Maintenance to ensure machine uptime and perform regular PMs.
• Confer with Quality and Operations on process control for quality inspections.
• Develop training materials and provide education and mentoring to employees.
• Manage root cause analysis and lead improvement projects to support cost reduction objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
