The Role
As a Program Development and Engagement Specialist, you will work on the front end of program ideation and development, while the Engagement intern will focus on the back end of communications and marketing to engage the community around our centers. During the interview process, we'll help you discover which role aligns best with your skills and interests, ensuring you have a fulfilling and exciting summer internship experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Assist in creating and enhancing community programs focused on food access, care access, and youth mental health.
- Market Research: Gather and analyze data to inform program strategies and identify community needs.
- Data Entry and Evaluation: Input and manage data for program evaluation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with community and county engagement teams, as well as the healthcare team, to coordinate efforts and share insights.
- External Partnership Coordination: Liaise with vendors and nonprofit partners to facilitate program implementation and maintain strong relationships.
