Job Title: Cardiac Cath Tech I

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Catheterization Technologist I to join our team at Brigham & Women's Hospital (BWH). As a critical member of the patient care team, you will collaborate with other care team members to ensure continuity of care for patients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cardiovascular technology, with a focus on patient/family-focused care. You will promote a philosophy of patient-centered care in all interactions with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of cardiovascular technology or a related field.
  • Completion of BLS and ACLS certification within 3 months of employment preferred; within 6 months required.
  • Minimum three years of catheterization lab experience preferred.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred. Required within two years of start of employment.
  • No documented corrective action over the last year of employment.
  • Experience with precepting new employee(s) on at least one occasion preferred.
