Dishwasher Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Rock Bottom Brewery. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
• Maintain the dish area, equipment, and chemicals to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Inspect and verify the dish machine is working properly and make adjustments as needed.
• Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink to maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
