We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Support Worker to join our team at Qualigence. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret work orders to determine production requirements.
- Prepare work areas and stage materials for production.
- Perform various tasks post-production to complete the shipping process, including dedusting, specialty bagging, and boxing.
- Safely operate a forklift and move materials around the plant without damaging them.
- Assist shift workers on the floor as needed.
You will receive comprehensive training on our production processes, quality control procedures, and safety policies. This will include knowledge of raw materials, production equipment, and tools, as well as our company's safety manual.
Requirements:- Ability to read and understand written instructions and follow directions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
