We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Walgreens. As a retail pharmacy professional, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and service to our customers.
About the Job
This is a full-time opportunity for a licensed pharmacist with experience performing prescription dispensing activities. You will work closely with our healthcare team to provide clinical services, including immunizations and medication management.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Review and interpret medical records to ensure accurate medication therapy.
- Participate in community outreach activities to promote health awareness and education.
Requirements
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the state of practice.
- At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting.
