Customer Service Representative

Beaver Toyota of Cumming is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle Incoming Calls: Answer inbound calls from customers seeking automotive service, providing a warm and professional greeting, and actively listening to their needs.
- Provide Expert Assistance: Offer expert advice and guidance on automotive service options, pricing, and appointment scheduling, addressing inquiries related to repairs, maintenance, and other service offerings.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule service appointments based on customer availability and technician availability, utilizing our scheduling software to ensure optimal service workflow.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in their concerns, keeping track of customer preferences and history to offer personalized service.
- Resolve Issues and Escalations: Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, collaborating with the service team and leadership team to find effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor, are necessary for success in this position.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer escalations effectively are critical for this role.
- Basic Knowledge of Automotive Terminology: Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and service procedures is preferred.
