Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at St. Mary Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient scans and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • California Radiologic Technologist licensure upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification upon hire
  • National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography within 1 year of hire or National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board within 1 year of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
