Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in an outpatient clinic setting. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient-centered care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, including immunizations, antibiotics, and pain medications, under physician/provider orders.
- Perform laboratory procedures, such as strep tests and wound cultures, using principles of aseptic technique and standard precautions.
- Assist physicians/providers with procedures and surgeries, such as pelvic exams and EMGs.
- Document and communicate accurate and timely information regarding patient conditions.
- Prepares and rooms patients for exams, obtaining vital signs and documenting/updating pertinent health information.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) within 6 months.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
